Living The Resurrected Life

There once was a King — not just any king, but Yeshua, the King of the most glorious kingdom ever described. A kingdom of light, love, holiness, and eternal power. This King didn’t just rule from a distant throne — He walked the dusty roads of earth, clothed in humility, carrying the weight of divine purpose in His heart: to restore us to the Heavenly Father.

Heaven Couldn’t Bear to Be Without You

He loves you so dearly, He didn’t want Heaven without you. So, He brought Heaven down to you — to us all.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” – John 3:16

He covered our multitude of sins with His relentless love. When others saw brokenness, He saw beauty. When heaven saw rebellion, He saw redemption. When He looked at you and me, He whispered with unwavering resolve, “I’m going to save this one.” And He did.

A Love That Endured the Cross

Through pain, betrayal, suffering, and lashes that tore His flesh, Yeshua focused on the joy set before Him — you and me — so that our freedom could be made complete in Him.

“For the joy set before Him, He endured the cross…” Hebrews 12:2

When He declared, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” John 2:19, they

did not understand. They did not know He was speaking of the resurrection of a Kingdom that

would rise from the ashes of death and live in the hearts of men forever.

Betrayed. Crucified. Buried. But Not Defeated.

They thought it was the end, but Yeshua, the King of Glory, is ALIVE.

The grave has no grip on Him, and because of this, it has no grip on you either. “I am He who

lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of  Hades and of Death.” – Revelation 1:18.

His resurrection gives us a firm assurance of our identity, authority, and destiny in Him.

“If the spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ  will also give life to your mortal bodies…” – Romans 8:11.

Endless Possibilities in the Risen King

Death could not hold Him, the veil tore before Him, opening us to new dimensions of His spirit who now dwells among us and helps navigate through life.

The veil was torn. The grave was silenced. Sin lost its power. The stone was rolled away. The tomb is empty. And that means you are free.

“Whom the Son sets free is free indeed.” – John 8:36.

You don’t serve a Savior who was — you serve a Savior who is. Alive. Glorious. Victorious. Eternal.

The Resurrected Life

To live the resurrected life is to live with the awareness of victory, even when the battle still rages. It is to walk in authority, knowing the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work within you.

It’s to exchange shame for glory, fear for boldness, and despair for hope. It’s knowing you are no longer a prisoner of your past — you are seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6).

You don’t have to wait for heaven to experience resurrection life — you are already living it when Christ lives in you.

Reflection:

  • Are you living like someone whose King conquered the grave?
  • Have you received the fullness of what His resurrection paid for?
  • What part of your life still looks like the tomb is sealed?

Prayer Prompt:

“Lord Jesus, thank You for the cross, the grave, and the empty tomb. Thank You for the unshakable truth that You are alive. I choose to live in the power of Your resurrection — not as a slave to sin, fear or shame, but as a child of the Kingdom. Help me to rise above every weight and sin which ensnares me so I can walk in the fullness of freedom You purchased for me.

Today, I declare: the stone is rolled away in my life. I walk out of dead places and into divine purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
