Some leaders are born while others are made but which ever is the case, Women in the house hold of faith need exercise leadership in all capacity but not over riding the men. We must understand our place in life because through us with the help of the holy spirit we birth forth life. Every human born on earth comes through a woman and so as mother’s train their children, they develop leadership ability. It takes a leader to show others the way to follow through their life style and examples.
Leadership is not only when we hold leadership positions in organizations but it shows itself in the little things we do that others do after us.
As we birth forth ideas and nurture it into reality, as we nurture the ideas of others into reality we show forth leadership ability.
