The Protocol Of A Breakthrough By Min. Emi Adelakun

BreakThrough

Breakthrough is not for the faint-hearted. It is not for those who sit back, hoping that life will change on its own. It is for warriors—those who understand that every new level comes with a battle and that the spoils of victory belong to those who refuse to give up.

Many of us have become comfortable in situations of bondage, not because we love them, but because breaking free seems like too much effort. We count the cost of freedom and decide that staying in captivity is easier. But comfort in bondage is still bondage. The fact that you have learned to endure it does not mean it is God’s will for you.

Breakthrough is not just an emotional experience—it is a military movement, an advance beyond the enemy’s frontline defense. It is the violent removal of obstacles, the overcoming of resistance, the shattering of stagnation.

Breakthrough is not needed in the absence of opposition. If you have never felt fenced in, locked out, or resisted, then you do not yet need a breakthrough. But if you have ever faced a wall that refused to move, a door that would not open, or a battle that seemed never-ending—then you are a candidate for a breakthrough.

Why Breakthrough Requires a Fight

“When the Philistines heard that David had been anointed king over Israel, they went up in  full-force to search for him…” (2 Samuel 5:17)

There are battles you will never face until a declaration is made about you in the spirit. Before David was anointed king, the Philistines were not interested in him. But the moment his kingship was established, opposition arose.

You will live in peace until you decide to step into destiny, not out of ambition, but by divine ordination. The moment a new season opens, expect opposition. Satan does not attack without reason—he comes to test if you truly have what it takes to advance.

When God shifts you into a new level, you will have to fight for it. The moment you receive a promotion in the spirit, the enemy will come to inspect your qualifications. This is why new levels come with new battles. Every season of elevation is followed by a season of warfare. The question is not if the battle will come, but whether you will stand and fight.

In the place of warfare, you do not need mere motivation—you need the anointing of the Breaker. Baal-Perazim, the Lord of the Breakthrough, is the only One who can lead you through enemy strongholds (2 Samuel 5:20).

The Breaker’s Prescription: The Power of Persistent Prayer

“Then Jesus told His disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.” (Luke 18:1)

Breakthrough does not come to the lazy or the indifferent. It comes to those who refuse to quit.

According to Scripture, persistent prayer is faith in action. Faith is not a passive hope—it is a relentless pursuit. It is praying, and continuing to pray, and pressing even harder until God either tells you to stop or the results manifest.

The greatest breakthrough in history—the coming of Jesus—was not random. It was stewarded in prayer by Prophetess Anna and Simeon (Luke 2:25-38). They received a word from the Lord and held onto it in the place of prayer until it became reality.

If you have not yet received a word from the Lord, you are not waiting for a breakthrough—you are just waiting. Simeon did not sit idly; he had a word, and on the strength of that word, he stayed with God. Every story of breakthrough is also a story of prayer. There is no breakthrough without consistent, fervent, unrelenting intercession.

FAITH = PERSISTENT PRAYER

You cannot afford to be passive in your pursuit of a breakthrough. Sitting in silence is not faith. Waiting without prayer is not faith. The danger of being a lazy Christian is that you will delay your own breakthrough.

The protocol of breakthrough requires you to pray until something happens.

“Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself  before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. But the  prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days.” (Daniel 10:12-13)

Every single day of Daniel’s 21-day prayer was critical. Had he stopped on day 15, he would not have received his breakthrough.

Faith is like a dog with a bone—it refuses to let go. If you truly have faith, you will not back down until the word you received has manifested. You will pray, contend, and hold on until the spiritual realm yields to your persistence.

Faith Is Not Wishful Thinking—It Is Spiritual Certainty

Faith is not positive thinking. It is not just hoping something will happen. Faith is knowing that something has already happened in the spirit and standing in prayer until it breaks through into the physical realm.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews  11:1)

Before you can find the strength to fight for a breakthrough, you need the substance of faith—a divine assurance that what you are contending for is already yours in the spirit. This is why prayer is non-negotiable.

Guard Your Breakthrough Until It Manifests

Prayer is not just a means of asking; it is an act of responsibility. When you pray, you are acknowledging that you have been entrusted with something from God, and you must bring it forth.

Breakthrough is not accidental. It is birthed in prayer and guarded with vigilance. You must stay on watch until the results manifest.

The kingdom of darkness does not release what it has stolen without resistance. But if you refuse to quit, if you hold your ground in prayer, if you persist like the widow in Luke 18:1-8, your breakthrough will come.

Now is the time to rise and fight. The enemy does not fear wishful thinkers—he fears praying warriors. The protocol of breakthrough is simple: Pray until something happens.

The battle is already won, but will you fight until victory is in your hands?

Warfare Prayer for Breakthrough

Heavenly Father,

I stand before You today, fully armed in the power of Your might. You are the Lord of Breakthrough, Baal-Perazim, the One who bursts through every opposition and shatters every limitation. By the authority of Jesus Christ, I declare that no force in hell, no stronghold, no generational curse, no demonic barrier shall stand against me!

I command every wall of resistance in my life, my family, my career, and my destiny to crumble now in the name of Jesus! Every power of darkness holding me captive, be broken by fire! Every delay, every stagnation, every satanic roadblock, be shattered by the blood of Jesus!

Lord, I decree that every prophetic word You have spoken over my life will manifest! No demonic interference will hinder my breakthrough. I cancel every satanic decree against my rising. I silence the voices of doubt, fear, and discouragement. I reject every lie of the enemy!

I declare that my breakthrough is here! I walk into my next level with boldness. Every battle that has been raging in my bloodline ends with me! I am the one who will break the cycle! The chains of poverty, failure, sickness, and delay are broken now!

Father, release the anointing of the Breaker upon me. Go before me and make the crooked places straight. Tear down the gates of brass and cut through the bars of iron. Let every enemy that rises against me be scattered in Jesus’ name!

I take my victory by faith! I will not stop pressing, I will not stop praying, I will not stop fighting until I see the full manifestation of my breakthrough. I arise as a warrior, clothed in power, and I take my rightful place in destiny!

Thank You, Father, because it is done! In Jesus’ mighty name, AMEN!
